Destiny founded DW Talent Acquisitions with a simple goal: to help businesses in technology and marketing connect with the right talent, and to help professionals in these fields seamlessly discover opportunities that fit their skills and career goals -- all from the convenience of their smartphone. With a focus on personalized service, modern sourcing strategies, and a strong network, Destiny ensures every placement is a successful match for both client and candidate.

With her strong background in public relations and nearly five years of professional experience working at a major corporation, Destiny brings a keen understanding of what makes candidates stand out and how companies can build high-performing teams.

When she’s not connecting people with jobs, Destiny enjoys singing karaoke with friends, hanging with her cats, sipping matcha lattes, and going to pilates class!
